By partnering with Origination and Third-Party Review firms, LiquidFi builds a Liquid Archive with original data and documents from each Contributor. Investors, Servicers, Regulators, and other ecosystem participants have a permanent archive and fully auditable history of data and documentation. Third-Party Review firms can sell access to results for future investors and other relevant counterparties.
Document Tracking
All data and documents in one location for the life of the loan. As updates occur, records are appended, and activity is recorded to the blockchain.
Manage Access
Document access is controlled by the Contributor, allowing Contributors to manage data and document shareability across counterparties.
